Technique

Step 1.
Place the inventory, tomato juice and sugar in a pan. Add a bit of salt and chilli powder. Carry to the boil.

Step 2.
Add bulgur wheat and simmer for about 5 minutes over a low warmth. Take away the pan from the warmth and go away the bulgur to swell for an additional 10 minutes, then go away to chill.

Step 3.
Chop the peppers and tomato, eradicating the seeds. Lower the spring onions into rings and pluck the herb leaves from the stems.

Step 4.
