This fruity, zesty smoothie bowl makes a healthful, protein-rich breakfast or morning deal with that’s easy to place collectively in as little as 10 minutes.
Components
For the smoothies:
- 450 g (3 cups) frozen combined berries
- 150 g (1 cup) açai berries
- 800 ml apple juice
To serve
- 4 tbsp black chia seeds
- 150 g (1 cup) blueberries
- 150 g (1 cup) raspberries
- 45 g (1/2 cup) shredded coconut
Technique
Step 1.
For the smoothie: Mix the frozen combined berries, açai berries, and apple juice in a meals processor or blender. Mix on excessive for two minutes till clean.
Step 2.
To serve: Divide the smoothie between bowls. High with a mix of chia seeds, blueberries, raspberries, and coconut. Serve right away.
