Everybody wants a guilt-free choc milkshake recipe up their sleeve, and this one from Luke Hines ticks all the correct well being bins!
Components
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) almond milk
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 2 tbs cacao powder
- 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or powder
- Beneficiant pinch of pink Himalayan salt, plus further to serve
- 1 tbs monk fruit syrup or 1/4 tsp inexperienced leaf stevia
- 70 g (1/2 cup) ice
- Filtered water, as wanted
- Cacao nibs, to serve
Technique
Step 1.
Put all of the substances besides the ice and water in a meals processor and blitz till mixed, then add your ice and just a little water and mix to your most well-liked consistency. Don’t over-blend, otherwise you’ll lose thickness and coldness.
Step 2.
Pour right into a glass, prime with a couple of cacao nibs and just a little further salt and revel in immediately.
