50 sec. bounce squats / 10 sec. relaxation

50 sec. plank jacks / 10 sec. relaxation

50 sec. leaping jacks / 10 sec. relaxation

50 sec. excessive knees / 10 sec. relaxation

50 sec. pushups / 10 sec. relaxation

50 sec. frog jumps / 10 sec. relaxation

50 sec. commandos / 10 sec. relaxation

50 sec. skater hops / 10 sec. relaxation.

50 sec. triceps push up / 10 sec. relaxation

50 sec. burpee / 10 sec. relaxation

 

End up with a cardio burst. 10 sprints for 30 seconds within the yellow and pink zone / 30 seconds relaxation.
