This parfait is a scrumptious breakfast deal with that tastes nearly as good because it seems! Loaded with heart-healthy nuts and seeds and served with recent berries, it’s an epic strategy to begin the day.
Components
- 1/4 cup almonds, plus few additional chopped to garnish
- 1/2 cup macadamias
- 1 tbs pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbs sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- Coconut yogurt, to serve
Methodology
Step 1.
In a small bowl, mix the nuts and seeds and blend effectively to mix.
Step 2.
In a separate small bowl mix the berries and blend effectively to mix.
Step 3.
To serve, in a large glass or jar, layer the blended nuts and seeds, berries and coconut yogurt till full to the highest, ending with the yogurt and some additional chopped almonds to garnish.
