Mix ginger beer, lime juice and ginger syrup in a small pitcher; stir till the syrup dissolves. Divide evenly between 2 ice-filled glasses. Garnish with lime wedges and/or crystallized ginger, if desired.

Discover ginger syrup with different cocktail components or make selfmade ginger syrup: Mix ½ cup water, ½ cup granulated sugar and three tablespoons chopped recent ginger in a small saucepan. Convey to a simmer over medium-high warmth; simmer, stirring often, till the sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes. Take away from warmth; let stand for half-hour. Pour by a fine-mesh strainer into an hermetic container (discard solids). Refrigerate for as much as 2 weeks.
